Our number one goal at Bay Equipment Co. is customer satisfaction. We want our service and products to keep you returning as a customer and so we commit to keeping you satisfied. Used material handling equipment can offer a tremendous value over new equipment since it often gives the same functionality as new equipment but at a greatly reduced cost. Many factors go into our price structure and we believe we offer fair and competitive pricing. If you believe for some reason a particular price is out of line please feel free to bring that to our attention.

Freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. However, we work continually to find the least expensive and most reliable freight carriers. Our volume discounts are then passed on to you the customer so you don't pay any more for freight than is necessary. We do not add extra charges for handling or packaging.

Used Items - C.O.D.
Special Orders - 25% deposit required, balance due COD.

Freight:
F.O.B Bay Equipment Co., Holland, MI.

Returns:
Returns are only allowed with written pre-authorization. A 20% restocking fee applies.

Availability:
All quotes for used equipment are subject to prior sales.

Condition of Equipment:
We inspect and sort all of the equipment we offer for sale. Powered equipment is tested before being added to inventory. We then describe our used equipment as accurately as possible so that the customer will know and expect what they are receiving. All equipment is available for inspection in person or with pictures. The customer however is responsible for final determination as to suitability of equipment for their need. Used equipment is therefore sold in "as is" condition.
